So at IMATS this year, I was able to get away from my booth every now and then for a scavenger hunt! lol...looking for products & brands that I am not familiar with or the "exclusive" IMATS items presold at the show. One of the products I came across was Kevin Aucoin at the Nigel's Beauty Emporium counter. I previously have used his Skin Enhancers and I really really loved those as concealers. But "liquid airbrush" really caught my attention and I loved it the second I felt it on my hand. So I decided to wear it the next two days at the show. I can't tell you how many compliments I got. This foundation is so amazing! Although I am oily the "semi-satin" finish did not turn me into a mirror. The foundation stayed in place all day and my face was glowing. The product glides on very smoothly and is super blendable (so important!). Best part, as makeup artists, we got 40% off the entire brand at the Nigels, woohoo! However, Bloomingdales and a few other big department stores carry it as well. It resales at about $45 for a .68 oz. I also learned that this foundation has soy, which is very good for skin elasticity. How awesome is that? It gets a super thumbs up from me! My sisters and friends all use it now and we are obsessed! So I bought a bunch of colors for my kit to use on clients :)
