Hi Girls! What do you do to repair and replenish your skin? Whether it's your face or your body, exfoliating is important. Scrubbing twice a week is essential in getting rid of dead skin cells (you can't see) to rejuvenate. I suggest using sugar scrubs more than salt scrubs as they are more gentle on the skin. Exfoliating your face opens your clogged pores and cleanses them out. Scrubbing your body not only gets rid of your clogged pores, but ingrown hair as well! In addition, ALWAYS moisturize. Oily or not, moisture is vital for your skin! If you are oily, just use an oil-free moisturizer instead. Keeping your skin soft prevents it from aging so quickly. Dry skin promotes wrinkles & who wants that? Also, using a mask 1-2 a week on your face is beneficial as well. There are different types of masks for different skin types, but in general, your face needs that special attention for atleast 15 minutes a week. For those of you who have post-acne scars (redness, spots, etc.), use Vitamin E oil! It's the best thing you can feed your skin. It's very sticky, so make sure you put it on at night, at least an hour before you sleep. Leave it on overnight and just wash your face with your regular cleanser in the morning. Try to do this as many nights as possible and you will see those spots fade before your eyes. Vitamin E not only heals, but it has anti-aging contributions and it acts as an antioxidant. Vitamin E is cheap & affective! If you would like to go an extra step, use eye cream. Yes you can use most moisturizers around your eye; but it won't do what an eye cream can do. Eye creams are more emollient & has an extra boost to help prevent wrinkles, treats dark circles & helps with puffiness. If you follow these steps, I promise you will have flawless skin in no time! Hope this helps guys...till then, enjoy!
